eBays New Rules:

Starting this fall, we’re moving to an electronic checkout process that’s faster and more reliable for sellers and buyers. As part of this move, checks and money orders will no longer be accepted on eBay, although buyers can still use these payment methods for item pick-up, at the seller’s discretion. In addition, the electronic payment methods will be fully integrated into eBay checkout. For example, if a seller has an internet merchant account, a buyer will be able to directly enter a credit card and never have to leave the site.

You must remove references to prohibited payment methods from your templates and item descriptions. This will not be done automatically. If prohibited payment methods are included in your item description, your listing will be in violation of the new Accepted Payments Policy.

Requesting prohibited payment methods from your customers either by email or in your item description is a violation of the new Accepted Payments Policy. Violations of this policy may result in:
Listing cancellation
Forfeit of eBay fees on canceled listings
Limits on account privileges
Loss of Power Seller status
Account suspension

Given all this why would anyone choose to remain with eBay. It reminds me of communism, I prefer to have my own choices and let my customers choose also.
